Great location next to a beautiful church and canal with swans. Warm welcome from Lynne, who provided us with a map and recommended places to see and eat. The room was like a little apartment with a fantastic view. Free drinks in the suite and secure parking close by. Very accommodating with late check-out.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel! The location was absolutely stunning, with the big church right next to us over the canal. It felt like a fairy tale setting, with swans swimming peacefully. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, offering us complimentary drinks and giving us great recommendations for places to visit. The room was luxurious and spacious, with a huge comfortable bed and a well-appointed bathroom. We felt truly pampered during our stay.
This place is highly recommended for families.

The guesthouse is conveniently located, close to all the sights of the city. It offers a central location, making it easy to explore and visit all the places of interest in Bruges. The rooms are spacious, warm, and clean. The bathrooms are large and nice, with jacuzzis in some rooms. The staff is friendly and helpful, always ready to make your stay comfortable. The room service is great, with towels provided daily. The host is accommodating and goes above and beyond to ensure a pleasant experience for guests.
The hairdryer in the room didn't work, but it wasn't a major inconvenience as it was not needed much.
